Viktor when Cesar Milan ( Dog Whisperer) came back from Spain he was horrified how the Spanish treated Animals , Animals have no rights there so Animals are rife for abuse like what happened to Winston. You and others can change this thinking and make people more consciously aware of the needs of Furbabies so laws can be passed to protect them. It's obvious the last owner didn't bother to toilet train Winston which may have led to this horrid abuse of an innocent puppy!!
Animal abusers need to be sentenced to prison for a minimum of five years without the possibility of parole. Those rescued by compassionate people like you people are doing God's blessings for them. Thank you.
I have never seen so many horrifically abused animals , blinded, broken backs, legs, jaws etc. 😅 as I've seen on viktor's channel. You don't think he could be the abuser? I work with rescue. I watched a documentary about different dogs and it said if these dogs do not preform well hunting they are killed in the field immediately. Their owners don't care about the dogs just what they can do for them ! Alot of countries don't treat their dogs well. They aren't part of the family they are just around. If they tire of them they just dispose of them. !
I worked in surgery for 30 years, I saw some horrendous things but I can never get used to suffering. I feel it in my very bones. What is wrong with these monsters?!!
